As my last request

I beg of you

for one last cigarette

because

with this final smoke

in a final gasp for a final breath

the man who took in that poisoned air

shall die

to be reborn

as a new

clean

healthy man

a man who doesn�t inhale

and never will again.

So

as that last man�s last wish

please let me smoke it
