and maybe you have.

Maybe this husk

before you

is the only thing

that will be recognizable

as me

anymore.

Because I am changing

I am altering my appearance

my beliefs

my systems of behavior

to become

something greater

grander (I hope)

than ever before.

I shall chrysalis-emerge

phoenix-fried reform

into something new

and exciting

and unrecognizable.

I shall be entirely separate

from what you once knew.

So you think it's done

believe you've seen the last
