like electrons

or microbes

or any other building block of reality.

Parties present intriguing opportunities

to view the way individuals attempt

to group

and regroup

in whatever manner will both satisfy them.

One has myriad opportunities

to view these circumstances

if one keeps the emotional distance

necessary

to view the occurrence.

Which is why I stand

back to the wall

as I subtly take copious notes

to study the situation
