but, all these figures rushing so reverently to your door...

It�s like you�re the Red Sea

and every other guy is Moses

able to part you magically

and words of God are exchanged

as he lets his people go.

I am not a believer

so perhaps that is why

this freedom that so many seek

in your waves

has not been offered to me.
