You cannot keep fining me

for the same old offenses

over and over again

insisting that I haven't learned.

I know what to do

and how to behave

and you are simply testing me

tricking me

trying to find ways to make me pay.

It is not fair, it is not right.

It takes it toll on me

to be punished repeatedly

for these ancient crimes.
