for random passers-by�

I didn't want your birth

'beautiful as it is'

to bring anybody down.

It was hard to convince the doctor to smoke the opium

but tough guys don't finish first

I can tell you that�

It was to be a mellow day

a peaceful day.

It was to be a smooth-drip morphine moment

and thus it came to pass.

Easy and peaceful was the morning you were born.

So I wonder how you got to be freak you are now

and really wish

you'd stop bringing us all down.
