THE NEW WAVE


I swear
the next time I shoot a minority
it'll be one I can't recognize.


Like,
you know,
someone who doesn't like hate spiders.
Or a guy with one ball.


I'm so sick of the old school bigotry:
the hatred of the obvious
the predictable
the visible.


I'm gonna start hating for the inside.
I'm gonna take the time to know my minorities
so I can oppress in interesting and innovative ways.


Too long has laziness been the watchword of the prejudicial.
I shall be postjudicial
judging on content.
It is a new wave of hate I ride.
It is the wave of the future.
