THE PROBLEM

His wife tells their therapist that she wants more sex.

His therapist says, "Barry, fuck her more."

He would like to comply, but his days are so packed

his evenings so exhausting

his nights so filled with movies to watch

and stories to catch up on

that he just can't carry out his marital obligations

not the way she expects.

It's not like he doesn't want to

it's just that he doesn�t want to

right now.

And some of this comes up

in session

and some of it he insinuates

but the thing he inadvertently implies (or she infers � or something)

is that he doesn't want her.

Luckily

someone else is willing to take up the slack

which is why the doctor gets paid the big bucks.
