AT LAST

At last, I have made it happen

Finally, it has occurred.

After years of exertions

decades of fruitful failures and hopeful attempts

I have done that which Hitler, Napoleon and Alexander could not.

I have united the world

behind a better soup spoon.

It was painstaking effort to compel communities

to my will

to my way

to my ladle

but at last

they are in agreement

behind me

and my invention

all conventions are irrevocably altered

all because of me.

Me and my soup spoon.

God bless the man

who selected me for this holy purpose

and god bless me for succeeding.
